Anant Gupta secured All India Rank 2 and topped Punjab circle. He is a resident of Rajpura,.

He did his high schooling from Bhavan Vidyala, Sector 27, Chandigarh. He used to commute from Rajpura to Chandigarh every day. Travelling was very tiring and there were times he felt that he should leave his coaching but now he is happy that he didn’t step back. Anant’s parents are doctors based in Rajpura. A proud father, Rajiv Gupta expected Anant to make it to the top ten like he did in IIT-JEE but securing second rank over all India is really good news for them.

He also secured 7th rank at IIT JEE 2012, and decided to join IIT Bombay.
