SSSHSS Admission 2020 Eligibility Criteria
Before filling the online application form, candidates must ensure their eligiiblity. For the sake of the candidates we have provided the SSSHSS Admission 2020 Eligibility Criteria below:
For Class 1st
- The Candidate applying for Class I should have completed 51/2 years of age and should be less than 61/2 years of age by 30th September of the year in which the admission is sought.
- The candidate must have studied in an English Medium School earlier.
For Class 11th
- The Candidate applying for Class XI should be less than 16½ years of age.
- Student must have passed with minimum requirements in the class prior to admission.

Candidates who are willing to take admission, have to fil the application form online and then send it to the address given below. Before starting to fill out the application form please keep the DD number/SBICollect Ref No obtained from the bank ready. By obtaining a DD for Rs 100 in the name of Sri Sathya Sai Higher Secondary school, Prasanthinilayam (SBIN0002786). Kindly enter the DD number in the form. Only one application per student is permitted.

SSSHSS Admission 2020 Test Confirmation Card
Once the School Office receives the application envelope, it would be duly processed to make sure that the candidate meets all the preliminary eligibility criteria and that all the supporting materials (including the application form) are accurate. If you meet all these criteria, the School would send to the applicant, the Test Confirmation Card to the mailing address provided on the Card. If the criteria are not met, the Test Rejection Card would be sent. The right of calling a candidate for the test and interview is completely reserved.
The Test Confirmation Card mainly contains the details of Stream and Combination for which the candidate is selected and the Date & Time of Written Test conducted inside the premises of SSSHSS. If the candidate has not received any communication from the School due to postal delays, he/she could call up to the School Office and find out the state of confirmation, by providing Name and Application Number.
SSSHSS Admission 2020 Exam Pattern
The school conducts entrance examinations for the induction of students into class XI. The entrance exam would consist of a written test and a medical test. The test is largely objective multiple type questions evaluated by OMR system.

SSSHSS Admission 2020 Selection Procedure
Selection Process for SSSHSS Class 11th Admission 2020 consist of written test, interview and health check up. Candidates who clear written test will be called for interview. And then after interview helth checkup will be held. All the test and interview are conducted inside the premises of SSSHSS. Details description for Interview & Health Check Up is given below.
Interview & Health Check Up
After the Written Test, the results would be put up on the notice board inside the premises on the same day or on the next, early morning. The schedule of interview and health check up would also be displayed on the notice board. These would generally be conducted during the next two days after the Written Test. The selected candidates are then required to attend a meeting along with accompanying parent(s) / guardian inside the School. This meeting would give them insights of life and discipline at SSSHSS and Hostels. This is aimed at making the candidate and the parent / guardian aware of the system & its functioning.
The candidate attending the interview along with accompanying parent / guardian is required to carry the originals of Marks Sheets of previous Classes (VIII, IX & X) as mentioned in the application form. Any additional certificates of merit & appreciation may also be produced during the interview. The candidate may note that he/she may be rejected after the interview and also after the health check! up if the performance and results are not satisfactory. The candidate must disclose about any prior condition of health, failing which the School is not responsible at later stages and has the right to expel the candidate on the grounds of non-disclosure. Requests for change of Combinations are not entertained at this stage.
The Candidate and the accompanying parent(s)/guardian are required to plan for a stay of 4 days in Prasanthi Nilayam for Written Test, Interview (if selected) and Health Check Up (if selected).
Final Admission Confirmation
After all the Admissions Tests and Interviews are completed for all the Streams, final decisions about admissions will be made and posted on ssshss.edu.in after the completion of all the tests and interviews for that particular year. The results would also be displayed on the notice board inside the School premises once they are declared. In addition, a selection letter would be sent to all selected candidates. Along with the letter, related information about date of joining, documents to be submitted on joining, conditional clauses of admission and Hostel details would also be included.
All the newly admitted candidates must submit the following to the School Office on admission:
- Original Marks Certificate of Class X.
- Transfer Certificate
- Conduct Certificate
- Migration Certificate
