National Talent Search Exam (NTSE) 

The National Talent Search Examination is open for the students at the level of class 10th. Every year NCERT conducts the NTSE examination in the co-ordination of the different states. It is basically the two level exam. The candidates need to clear both the level of the exam in order to get the scholarship reward. The level one selection is done by their respective states or union territory and the second level selection is done by NCERT at National Level. 2000 scholarships are awarded in the country with reservation of 15 percent for SC, 7.5 percent for ST and 27 percent for other backward classes and 4 percent for a group of students with benchmark disabilities.
