The CBSE Class 10 Science Paper 2020 was conducted on the 4th of March 2020 at 10:30 am to 1:30 pm pan India. Hope the paper went smoothly for you!. Our reporter was live with the students outside a test center and many of them claimed that this year’s Science was both trickier with the Biology part but was easier than compared to the CBSE Class 10 Science Paper of 2019. Students coming outside of the exam center reported that the examination was lengthy too.

Which part was the most difficult part in the Science Exam?
Many students reported that the Biology section was the most toughest in the examination apparently even as compared to the Physics part. The examination also has tricky questions in Physics but there were no or less diagram and pictorial questions asked in the Physics examination.
How was the Section – A / 1 marker in the Science Question Paper?
Many students outside of the centre claimed that the most trickiest part of the question paper was that of 1 marker only. If one had crammed the entire syllabus,he/she could not have solved the questions asked. The tricky and indirect questions could only be solved if your concepts of the same were clear.
Were questions asked from the NCERT Textbook?
Like always, the Science question paper also was duly based on the NCERT textbook only. The questions were however asked indirectly and one had to think a lot. The Biology section had the most number of diagrams from the book.
Was the Class 10th Science Question Paper lengthy?
Yes, the question paper was lengthy according to students and no kid was reported saying that he/she got extra time. It all depended on your speed level mostly. Students however told that the 3 hours of duration was sufficient to solve the paper.
Were questions same as that given in Class 10th Science Sample Papers?
Students reported that the questions in today’s question paper were a little difficult from those asked in the sample papers. The reason being was that they were asked indirectly from the students specially in the Biology part.
Which kind of diagrams were asked in the Class 10th Science Examination?
As stated above, the diagram questions were mostly asked from the Biology part and another set of diagram questions that were asked were from Prism and Geo Tropism according to the students who gave the examination today.
Which was the lengthiest section?
Students mostly claimed that the entire question paper was lengthy but the Section D was the lengthiest because it had long answer type questions. In Section C had 1-2 questions were very difficult and practical application questions could only be answered if the concepts were clear. No question was out of syllabus.
How much marks are you expecting?
About 50% of the students said that they were expecting 60 marks and above in the question paper. Some were also reported saying that they would get at least 70-75 above.
