Punjab NTSE 2021 – 2022
State Institute of Science Education, Punjab conducted the State level Talent Search Examination for the year 2021-22 for class 10th students. Students studying in 10th Class in State Govt., Kendriya Vidyalyas, Navodaya Vidyalyas or any other type of recognized/ affiliated schools, situated in Punjab securing minimum 70% must for general category and 55% marks for SC/ST/ physically challenged students in 9th class annual examination are eligible.

Punjab NTSE Eligibility Criteria 2021 – 2022
Minimum 70% marks for general category and 55% marks for SC/ST/ physically challenged students in 9th class annual examination are eligible.
Punjab NTSE Exam Pattern 2021 – 2022
The exam pattern is as given in table-
Stage I & II: Examination at the State/UT level will comprise two papers i.e

Punjab NTSE Result 2021 – 2022
Punjab NTSE Result 2021-22 will declare for stage 1. The result will consist of the list of qualified candidates along with their marks. Also, a list of overall student’s results who will appear for the exam will be released. Candidates can check the result from the official website of SCERT, Punjab or through the link that will be given below.
Reservation
- 27% scholarships will be reserved for students belonging to the OBC category (non creamy layer).
- 15% scholarships will be reserved for students belonging to the SC category.
- 10% scholarships will be reserved for students belonging to the EWS category.
- 7.5% scholarships- for students belonging to the ST category.
- 4% for Physically Challenged Group of Students,
Scholarships
On the basis of the National Talent Search Examination,(stage-2) 2000 scholarships will be awarded by NCERT New Delhi. The Amount of scholarship will be as under:
(a) Scholarship of Rs. 1250l- per month for class-XI to XII
(b) scholarship of Rs.2000/- per month for Undergraduates and Post-graduates’
(c) Amount of Scholarship for Ph.D. be fixed in accordance with the UGC norms.
Previous Year Question Papers and Answer Key
Punjab NTSE 2021 Examination Answer Key will be checked here after the exam. This is the opportunity for the candidates to get an idea of their rough scores of the examination. The question paper with answer key will be available here for getting reference purpose of the examination.Once the examination gets over, the candidate curiously waits for the release of the question papers and their answer keys. Selection Procedure
Identification of talent comprises two-stage selection process. While the individual State/UT conducts the first stage selection, the second stage selection at the national level is carried out by the NCERT.
State Level Exam: State level examination may have two parts: Part-I Mental Ability Test (MAT) and PartII Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) for nominating the required number of candidates for the second level test to be conducted by the NCERT.
National Level Exam: Only the candidates selected by the States/UTs on the basis of their screening examination shall be eligible to appear in the National level examination to be conducted by the NCERT on the Second Sunday of May each year (unless otherwise notified).
