Sainik School Satara Admission 2022
The aim of Sainik Schools is to prepare the boys academically, mentally and physically for entry into the National Defense Academy. Class VI: Boys born between 01 Apr 2008 to 31 Mar 2012 ( both days inclusive).
Class IX: Boys born between 01 Apr 2007 to 31 Mar 2009 (both days inclusive). The boys should be studying in Class VIII in a recognized school.

Qualifier candidates of the written tests have to appear for the Medical Test.
Sainik School Satara Admission 2022 Reservation
SC 15%, ST 7 1⁄2 %. Out of the remaining, 67% of the seats are for boys from the state of Maharashtra and the balance 33% is open to boys from the Other States and Union Territories in the ratio of their male population. Any unutilized seats in this category will be merged with home State seats in order of merit. 25% of the seats are reserved for children of service personnel including ex-servicemen.
