About CBSE Term 1 Result of Class 10 2021-2022
The Central Board of Secondary Education has conducted term 1 exams in November and December last year. The exam had multiple choice questions (MCQs). CBSE has given marks in class 10 term 1 result out of 50, and not 40 or 30.
Also, in term 1 result, CBSE has not added internal assessment marks.
Passing Marks
There are no pass or fail marks in CBSE Term 1 Result 2022 for class 10 students. Overall pass / fail marks apply on total marks of term 1 and term 2.
Internal Assessment Marks
CBSE Class 10 Term 1 Result does not contain internal assessment marks. Note that internal assessment marks are also split into term 1 and term 2.
Weightage of Class 10 Term 1 Result
The board will give 50% weightage to term 1 result.
Initially the board planned that if in case they are not able to hold term 2 exams due to COVID-19 then result will be on basis of term 1 only. However now they have released CBSE term 2 datesheet for class 10 and thus they will give equal weightage to both for the final result.
CBSE Class 10 Term 1 Result Sent To Schools
Schools have received email that says “Dear Principal, please find enclosed performance of term 1 examination for session 2021-22 of school code for class 10 in attachment“.
Note – Only newspaper reports have announced that CBSE Class 10 Term 1 result 2022 is out. CBSE has not released notification about it. However top news reports have claimed that they have seen emails sent to school principals that say that result is out.
