Application forms can be downloaded from the official website of Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (www.upbasiceducationboard.in) as per the schedule.
Attach deposit original bank pay slip of rs. 50/- for general candidates & rs. 30/- for SC/ST candidates with application form payable to Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P Allahabad in A/c no. 519701010028014 IFSC Code – UBIN0551970 Union Bank of India, LIC Colony, Allahabad.
Eligibility to appear in the examination
Students of class X studying in recognized school are eligible to appear for the respective class X stage I examination conducted by the states/UT in which the school are located.

Admit card was sent to the chief superintendent of the examination centre after allotting the roll numbers. Candidate had collect the admit card from the centre superintendent of the examination centre as per the schedule.
The examination will be conducted in one session consisting of three parts –

- Language Test (LT)
- Scholastic Test (SAT)
