Application forms can be downloaded from the official website of Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board (www.upbasiceducationboard.in). You can also download the application form from the mentioned below link.
Attach deposit original bank pay slip of rs. 50/- for general candidates & rs. 30/- for SC/ST candidates with application form payable to Secretary Examination Regulatory Authority, U.P Allahabad in A/c no. 519701010028014 IFSC Code – UBIN0551970 Union Bank of India, LIC Colony, Allahabad.
Note: Make sure that the admit card is not detached from the application form.
Eligibility to appear in the examination
Students of class X studying in recognized school are eligible to appear for the respective class X stage I examination conducted by the states/UT in which the school are located.
Admit card will be sent to the chief superintendent of the examination centre after allotting the roll numbers. Candidate can collect the admit card from the centre superintendent of the examination centre at least one week before the examination.
The examination will be conducted in one session consisting of three parts –

- Language Test (LT)
- Scholastic Test (SAT)
