Bihar National Talent Search Examination (NTSE) 2020 -2021: Bihar SCERT has released the result of NTSE Stage I at biharscert.in or you can check the same from “Bihar NTSE Result” Page which is attached below in Quick link section. Stage 2 Examination has been postponed due to the COVID-19 outbreak across the country. The new information will be announced soon. Students can also raise the objections against the official answer key by sending mail at the prescribed email address before the last date. National Talent Search Examination is conducted for students studying in Class X, it means to identify and nurture the talent. The examination is conducted in two stages namely Stage 1 and Stage 2. Stage 1 examination is conducted under State/UT government. Students who qualify stage 1 goes to stage 2, conducted by NCERT.

Bihar NTSE 2020 for Class X
Candidates whose are studying in the Class X are eligible to apply for the Stage I examination organised by the State. The Class X NTSE stage-I 2020 examination for Bihar state was conducted as per the schedule is given below.

Bihar NTSE Application Form 2020 – 2021
Application Form of Bihar NTSE 2020- 2021 will be available as per schedule at the official website, biharscert.in. Candidates need to follow the given steps in order to fill the application. The filled-in application form needs to be submitted to DEO’s Office of the district concerned only duly signed by the Principal of the school. Any error or mistake in the application form will be not be entertained or rectified by the conducting body later.
Application fee –
The application fee is as follows-
- General and OBC Category 150/-
- SC/ST and other disabled categories: 75/-

Bihar NTSE Eligibility Criteria 2020 – 2021
The students who are studying X Class during the current academic year i.e., 2020-21 in any recognized school in Arunachal Pradesh are eligible to appear for the above said Examination. Elaborated criteria are mentioned below:
Candidates Studying in India: Candidates Studying in India need to first qualify the Stage 1 examination conducted by state/UT government to qualify for the National Talent Search Examination conducted (Sage 2) conducted by NCERT.
Candidates Studying Abroad: Candidates of Indian Origin studying abroad of X standard can also appear for the exam. They are eligible to directly appear for the Stage 2 examination. Such students should fulfil the norms of NCERT. For more information regarding the norms, students can check the official website of NCERT.
Bihar NTSE Exam Pattern 2020 – 2021
Examination at the State/UT level will comprise two papers i.e
Paper I: Mental Ability Test (MAT): Consisting of 100 questions for 100 Marks.
Paper II: Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT): Candidates have to answer the 100 Question in 120 minutes for 100 Marks.

Marking Scheme: For each correct answer candidates will awarded with 1 marks in both MAT and SAT papers. At Stage II There will be no negative marking.
Bihar NTSE Admit Card 2020 – 2021
Admit Card of Bihar NTSE 2020 – 2021 will be issued by the conducting body. Students can be able to download their admit card from the official website or through the direct link which will be provided below, once the conducting body announces the dates to download the admit card. It is mandatory to download the admit card before the day of the examination as per the schedule. Before that it is compulsory to fill the application form and to submit it before the deadline. Candidates are advised to preserve the admit card for further process. No candidate will be allowed in the exam center without a proper or valid admit card.
Bihar NTSE 2020 Answer Key
Bihar NTSE 2020 stage- I answer key is published on the official website of the conducting body. Answer key is available in the PDF form, which contains the correct answer of all the questions mentioned in the exam. Candidates can check the official answer key through the link which is provided on the “Bihar NTSE Answer Key” page. Candidates are advised to visit this page for more updates. Candidates can raise an objection to the answer key before the deadline given for it. After this deadline, no objections is entertained against the answer key and thereafter a final result will be published.
Bihar NTSE Result 2020 – 2021
Bihar NTSE Result will be declared on the official website of exam conducting body. Result will be declared after the examination. Bihar NTSE Cut Off
Candidates have to obtained the minimum cut off marks to qualify the NTSE exam. The qualifying marks for candidates from SC/ST/PH category is 32% in each paper and for other (General/OBC & EWS) Categories it is 40% in each paper.
Bihar NTSE Selection Process
Identification of talent comprises two-stage selection process. While the individual State/UT conducts the first stage selection, the second stage selection at the national level is carried out by the NCERT.
State Level Exam: State level examination may have two parts: Part-I Mental Ability Test (MAT) and PartII Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) for nominating the required number of candidates for the second level test to be conducted by the NCERT.
National Level Exam: Only the candidates selected by the States/UTs on the basis of their screening examination shall be eligible to appear in the National level examination to be conducted by the NCERT on the Second Sunday of May each year (unless otherwise notified).
For selecting the students, the following conditions may apply:
The students of General / OBC & EWS categories must pass each paper with at least 40% marks. For the SC/ST/PH students, this cut off will be 32% marks in each paper.
