TALLENTEX is an acronym which is used to denote a competitive exam conducted by ALLEN Career Institute. It is called Talent Encouragement Exam. The Institute describes the exam as a specially designed initiative to encourage young talent to engage more in studies making it interesting by rewarding them with cash prizes, scholarships for their hard work and performance. Who can appear in Tallentex 2018?
Since it is an open examination, all those students who are currently pursuing their class 5, 6, 7, 8, 9,10th and 11th (Science) for the academic year 2017-2018 may apply for it. However, there are some conditions which the candidate must suffice. A candidate who believes

Important dates for TALLENTEX 2018
The exam will be held on the following dates as per the schedule. It will be held in different zones with different dates for registration and tests to be held.
In Mumbai- the registrations will close on 30 August 2017 and the test will be held on 10 September 2017. Similarly, for SS Abhyankar & HJ Bhabha Zones, last date to get registration done is 25th September, 2017 and test date is 08 October 2017. Finally, last date for registration for S. Chandrasekhar. HG Khorana, Chanakya, JC Bose & Ramanujan Zones is 25 September 2017 and the test will be held on 15 October 2017.

TALLENTEX 2018 Exam Scheme
There will be 80 Objective Type Questions/ MCQs with 4 options. Out of the 4 alternatives, the candidates will have to pick the single correct answer. If you want to know the exact pattern, then you may click the following link to check a sample test paper provided by the institute in candidate’s interest. The questions paper will appear in English medium language only and all questions must be completed in 2 hours of duration.
It will be mandatory to take a seat in exam hall at least 30 minutes before test to fill OMR.

TALLENTEX 2018 Syllabus
The questions will come from NCERT of previous class and current class that the candidate has studied and is currently in. You may take a look at the syllabus at the link above. Please note that for IQ sections, there is no syllabus. The questions of IQ are from logical & mental ability.
- Class 6th to 10th- Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Maths, IQ
- Class 11th- Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Maths (Students may either attempt Biology or Maths), IQ.
How to Register
Candidates may adopt any of the following methods mentioned below. You can proceed to fill the form in online mode using the official website link.
(A) Online– Candidates may also choose to fill the form in online mode and download the print challan to deposit the amount in cash mode at any nearby ALLEN centre. However, the registration must be done before the prescribed last dates.
(B) Offline- there are two ways to fill the offline form
(I) Collect from ALLEN Institute– Any candidate who has no internet connectivity facility at their home can ascertain the form in offline mode as well. All you have to do is visit your nearest ALLEN center yourself and collect a form. After filling it properly, deposit it at the centre only.
(II) Collect from school- interested candidate can also buy the form from their school. To purchase the form from school, submit the completed form or send it by post to TALLENTEX Cell, Kota. You may also deposit it by hand at any nearby ALLEN Center.

Registration Fee for TALLENTEX 2018
Candidates who are interested must complete their registration by paying an amount of Rs. 250/- using cash mode or online mode.
Registration Update for TALLENTEX 2018
Candidates can sign up for registration update so that they do not miss the events. On registration, all the information related to TALLENTEX will be sent by SMS at registered Mobile no. & can also be checked online.
TALLENTEX 2018 Admit card
Candidates who complete their registrations before the last date for registration will get a hall ticket or admit card so that they can appear at the center without any hiccup. The admit card will serve as your entry pass. It will be downloadable from www.tallentex.com. All admit cards will be issued 7 days before the test in your concerned city. Candidates may also opt to collect the hall ticket from any ALLEN Center. TALLENTEX 2018 Admit Card must be produced in original form along with an Original School Photo ID or School Mark Sheet. Any candidate failing to produce any ID will be disqualified. Candidates going to appear for TALLENTEX 2018 must ensure that they reach the Test Center at least 30 minutes prior to the time of Test printed on their admit card.
TALLENTEX 2018 Result
Combined result will be announced on tallentext.com on or around 12th November 2017. The result will also be sent to the candidate through SMS on their registered Mobile Number.
