The result of JNVST is prepared on the basis of the answer key. Checking the result from Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya official website is the easiest way. It is also the safest because during the outbreak of COVID-19 and it is not safe to go out. Students can it, by following the steps below.

How to check JNVST 2021 result from the login:
Step 1 – Click on the link provided on this page, it leads to a login which looks as shown below.

Step 2 – To access the login, enter roll number / registration number and date of birth as provided in the admit card of JNVST 2021.
Step 3 – After entering the details, click on the grey “submit” button.
Step 4 – Following the steps above, your JNVST 2021 result is displayed in the screen. Download and save it.
Note: For lateral enter admission is JNV class 11 no entrance exam is conducted. Instead, the selection of the candidates is done on the basis of marks secured in class 10th and fulfilling of the eligibility criteria. JNVs directly release the merit list for class 11 admission.

JNVST 2021 Result Class 9
The result for JNVST class 9 entrance exam is only announced via login. It is released in the application portal of NVS. It is also published on the website and selected candidates are also informed about it through SMS and speed post.
JNVST 2021 Result Class 11
The merit list for class 11 is released as that for class 6. However, in this merit list sn. no., state, registration number, name, allotted stream name, allotted JNV (district), and allotted state name is mentioned.
First the district wise merit list is prepared. The selection of the candidates is done against the vacancies as per the district wise merit list. A state level merit list is also prepared. Any vacancy which exist in the state is filled on the basis of the state level merit list.
What After Navodaya Result 2021 is Declared?
After the declaration of the JNVST 2021 result, the selected candidates have to fill JNVST admission form. It shall be available on navodaya.gov.in. Candidates need to fill the form with correct details, affix passport size photograph, and attach all the mandatory documents like caste / category certificates, etc.
Candidates then have to submit the form to the Principal of the school, within the stipulated duration. Then, these are sent for document verification and candidates who stand eligible are granted admission.
Documents to carry at the time of Admission
Selected candidates need to carry the following listed documents for verification:
- Date of birth certificate.
- Proof of eligibility certificates.
- Residence certificate, if NIOS student (as prescribed in proforma).
- Rural quota students need to submit certificate issued by competent authority indicate that they studied from Institution / School located in a rural area.
- Any other required document.
JNV Admission 2021
Students selected on the basis of the JNVST 2021 result 2021, are admitted only in the JNV located in the district from where the student did their class 5 and appeared for JNVST. The request to change JNV or district is not entertained.
However, while promoting to class IX, under the JNV scheme a students of JNV located in Hindi speaking state might be transferred to a JNV which is in a non-Hindi speaking state. Reverse of it can also happen. If such happens then candidates has to take the migration, to continue studies from JNVs.
