MJPTBCWREIS Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility Criteria for Residential Degree College (RDC)

  • Students appeared for Senior Intermediate Examination in March/April- 2019 conducted by the Board of Intermediate Education of Telangana or equivalent examination are ONLY eligible to appear for the test, subject to the other conditions. The students appearing for the Intermediate instant examination in 2019 are not eligible for admission.
  • The students should have passed the qualifying examination in one and first attempt in IPE-March 2019 and secured 50% of marks in aggregate and 40% of marks in English subject. (There is a relaxation of 5% in case of SC/ST).
  • For B.Sc., (MPC) & (BZC) courses Students must have studied in respective subjects at Intermediate level i.e., MPC & BiPC respectively.
  • BC/SC/ST/EBC women students are eligible for admission.
  • Annual Income of the Parents/Guardian shall not exceed Rs.1,50,000/- Rural areas and Rs.2,00,000/- in Urban Areas.

Eligibility Criteria for Residential Junior College (RJC)

  • The students appeared for X Class Examination March-2019 or its equivalent alone are eligible to appear for the Entrance Test.
  • Supplementary/Advance Supplementary appearing candidates are not eligible for Admission.
  • Annual Income of the Parents/Guardian shall not exceed Rs.1,50,000/- Rural areas and Rs.2,00,000/- in Urban Areas.

MJPTBCWREIS Application Form

The candidate will be required to fill the online application form for RJC / RDC Entrance Test 2019. Interested candidates can apply online through the official website i.e. mjptbcwreis.cgg.gov.in. Before filling the application form candidates must have to ensure the eligibility criteria carefully. The candidate after satisfying herself about the eligibility will have to pay Rs.150/- through PAYMENT GATEWAY centres before the last date to enable to submit the application online.

How to Apply

  • The candidate will has to pay Rs. 150/- through Payment Gateway centres to enable to submit the application online.
  • At the Payment Gateway centre, the candidate has to give the required preliminary data i.e., name, date of birth and mobile number.
  • The candidate should be ready with passport size photograph (3.5 x 4.5 cms) before filling online application. The Photo should be scanned and uploaded along with the application form.
  • While filling the online application, the candidate has to opt the course.

On submission of application online, the candidate will has to take a copy (print) of application form in which a reference number also be given. This reference is required to download the Hall Ticket. The copy of the online application is to be preserved for further reference.

MJPTBCWREIS Admit Card

Candidates can download their Hall Tickets from the website at mjptbcwreis.cgg.gov.in with the reference number allotted to them. Candidates can download the hall tickets from the website only or the direct link provided in Admit Card page above. No printed hall ticket shall be issued/posted to the candidate. Without the hall ticket, no candidate will be allowed to appear for the examination.

Scheme and Syllabus for the Common Entrance Test

The examination will be in one session of 2 hours 30 minutes duration for 150 marks (50 marks per each subject). Questions will be in both English and Telugu media and in objective type multiple choice questions. Answers should be marked on OMR sheet. There will be no negative marks for wrong answers.

For Residential Degree College Entrance Test

The examination will be conducted on the Intermediate syllabus (Board of Intermediate Education, Telangana, Hyderabad) for group subjects.

For Residential Junior College Entrance Test

The question paper of the entrance test will be based on SSC standard of Telangana State syllabus for group subjects and English will be General English.

Selection Procedure

Selection of students shall be made based on the following:

  1. Merit in the Entrance Examination.
  2. Rule of reservation.
  3. Reservation under Special category

Counselling

The Hall ticket numbers of the shortlisted candidates for counselling will be made available on the official website i.e. mjptbcwreis.cgg.gov.in candidates will be shortlisted based on merit in the Entrance Test. Candidates will be called for counselling for allotment of seats for admission in the ratio of 1:2.

Reservation

  • SC: 15%, ST: 6%, BCs: 74% (BC-A:20%, BC-B:28%, BC-C:3%, BC-D:19%, BCE:4%), EBC:2%, Orphans:3%.
  • 3% of seats will be filled with differently abled persons within the quota.
