For Nursery and Class 3rd, Class 11th:
Application fee of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two thousand only) is to be paid online through Debit Card/ Credit Card/ Net Banking only.

- Then, fill the application form by providing asked details.
- Next, Upload scanned Photograph & Signature of the applicant and Signature of parent/ guardian. Size should not more than 20 kb.

- Wards of employees of MECON /SAIL units at Ranchi/ Comm.Audit/ JVM and students of Jawahar Vidya Mandir should not apply.
- Xerox copy of Mark Sheet and original Transfer Certificate and Migration Certificate (other than CBSE) will be required at the school counter at the time of admission.
- Incomplete application OR application received after the last date of application will automatically be rejected without assigning any reason. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

- Self attested Photocopy of birth certificate from Municipal Corporation/ Authorised Govt. authorities.
- 1 Photograph of passport size.
- Medical Certificate from Government hospital. (for differently abled children)
- Self attested certificate of highest academic qualification only of Father and Mother.
- Proof of Residence: Voter Card/ Telephone Bill (Land line or Pre paid Mobile bill/ Passport/ Ration Card/ Electricity bill/ Aadhaar Card/ Bank Pass book. This address will be referred as address for communication.
- If own Brother/Sister (Sibling) studying in school, Registration No. of the sibling.
- Proof of parent being member of Alumni (Proof of parent being the student of JVM, Shyamali), if any.
- If Parent is in All India transferable Govt. Service, copy of document in proof of posting at Ranchi.
- If Single Parent, related proof.
- Self attested Photo copy of Caste certificate.
- Aadhaar card of Mother and Father OR any valid identity proof.
- Aadhaar card of child (if available)
JVM Shyamali Admission 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates who are appearing in Class: X (any Board) 2022 are eligible for registration. Final Admission of provisionally admitted students will be done after declaration of X Board results 2022 subject to fulfilment of cut off marks for Science, Commerce and Arts Streams, separately.
Eligibility criteria for Class 3rd Admission: Students studying in Class 2nd or appearing in 2022 exam are eligible to apply.
Direct Admission: On some seats admission will granted on the basis of merit students who pass Class X on the basis of examination conducted at Board level. Direct admission is done on the basis of first come first serve basis through online registration only.
