NIOS Date Sheet 2022 10th Class
NIOS conducts the class 10 exams in March and April every year. Candidates can find the complete exam schedule for written and practical exams by scrolling down. The practical exams are going to be conducted at the NIOS Accredited Institutes (AIs) where candidates enrolled at the time of admission.

The date sheet for 10th class is released by the National Institute of Open Schooling on its official website, nios.ac.in. The step-by-step instructions to download the date sheet are provided below.

Step 2- Clicking on the link takes you to the homepage of the NIOS website. There is a link to download the NIOS Date Sheet 2022 10th class .
Step 3- After clicking on that link, the date sheet for class 10 is going to appear on the screen.
Step 4- The students can download the date sheet using the download button and check the complete exam schedule.
How to Prepare for NIOS 10th Class Exams
Once the datesheet for NIOS 10th class exams is out, the candidates, along with studies, need to mentally prepare themselves for the exams. Check some important tips that the students must keep in mind while preparing for the upcoming exams.
- Do not stress out. Too much mental pressure is bad, both for health and from the exams’ point of view. Hence, the candidates must keep themselves away from negativity.
- Make a schedule for studies that must be followed every day without fail.
- Take breaks from studies but not too frequently. Do not study for too long at a stretch as it tends to reduce concentration.
- Do not stau hungry for too long neither eat too much. Eat healthy food and avoid junk and other food that is harmful to health.
- Sleep for a good 6-8 hours every day.
- Practice yoga, meditate and indulge in some extra-curricular activities to balance out the academic load.
