Sainik School Goalpara Admission 2020: Admissions to Class VI and Class IX for boys only through All India Sainik School Entrance Examination which will be held on January 05, 2020. The primary aim of the School is to prepare boys academically, physically and psychologically for entry into the National Defence Academy (NDA). The all-round education of the School, however, fully equips a student to pursue any other career with distinction. Sainik School Goalpara Admission is done on the basis of All India Sainik Schools Entrance (AISSEE) Examination. The result will be released on the official website. The candidates can check the complete details of All India Sainik School Entrance Examination (AISSEE) from below.

Application Form

Sainik School of Society has released the application form in online mode only. Except for the online mode, no other mode has been considered for submission of application Form. Interested students are required to check the eligibility criteria before filling up the Application Form. The students must ensure that they submit the application form for AISEEE 2020 before the due date.

Note: Candidates are instructed that AISSEE 2020-21 registration will be done ONLINE. No offline registration for any school will be done this year.

Application Fee

• General and Defence Category Rs 400/-
•  SC/ST Rs 250/-

Eligibility Criteria

For Class VI: 10 to 12 years as on 31 March 2020 i.e born between 01 April 2008 and 31 March 2010 (Both days inclusive).

For Class IX : 13 to 15 years as on 31 March 2020 i.e born between 01 April 2005 and 31 March 2007 (Both days inclusive).

Vacancies:

115 for Class VI and 15 for Class IX approximately.

Exam Pattern

Qualifying Marks: 25 % in each subject and 40 % in aggregate.

Medium of Examination:

• English for Class IX.
• English, Hindi or Assamese for Class VI

Exam Centres

Guwahati, Goalpara, Tezpur, Dibrugarh, Shillong & Gangtok.

Selection Procedure

The applicants have to clear the entrance exam first which is then followed by the medical examination and then personal interview. Candidates will be admitted based on the merit in All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination 2020.

Result

The result of All India Sainik Schools Entrance (AISSEE) Examination will be announced online. Candidates can check check their result from the official website or through the link which will be provided. The candidates are selected to appear for the Medical Test and Interview

Reservation

Sainik School Goalpara basically caters for the students from Assam, Meghalaya and Sikkim. In case vacancies exist student from other states are also accommodated. The following are the reservation criteria provided:
