Kerala National-Means-cum-Merit Scholarship (NMMS) Examination 2017 was held on November 05, 2017, by SCERT Kerala. The scholarship will be awarded to 100,000 meritorious students, whose family income is less than 1.5 lakh per annum. To get the scholarship, candidates need to first apply and then qualify the written examination. However, only the 8th class qualifiers may apply for it. Admit Card of NMMS 2017
The admit card has been published, now candidate can download it from the official website or from the link given below. The candidates will be able to download it by submitting the Application ID and Date of Birth. The admit card is an important document, which the candidates must carry to the exam hall. It is advised that the candidates secure their admit card even after the examination, as it might be required during further stages of admission.
Application Process for NMMS 2017

Scholarship Amount under NMMS
As per the official notice by MHRD, the qualifiers of NMMS 2017 will be granted the amount of Rs. 60000 per year, which will be near to Rs. 500 per month. However, it should be noted that Kerala SCERT has not
Eligibility Criteria of NMMS 2017
The candidates will have to meet the eligibility criteria, in order to get the scholarship. The norms of eligibility are as below:
- Candidates are in class 8, in government, local body and government-aided schools.
- For candidates belonging to SC/ST category, relaxation of 5% is granted.
