RTE Gujarat Admission 2022: The government of Gujarat has released the application form for entry into 1st class under RTE Act 2009. The interested applicants can apply for admission online. Online applications form for RTE Gujarat Admission 2022 is available at rte.orpgujarat.com. The last date to submit the application form for RTE Gujarat Admission is April 11, 2022. Under the RTE Act, all private schools will be required to admit 25% children from disadvantaged groups from their neighbourhood for free education, which can be extended if the number is not filled up within the customary 1 km radius.

RTE Gujarat Admission 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Annual income Criteria for parents
belonging to one of the following categories :
- Schedule caste, Schedule tribe with annual Income upto 2 Lakh Per Annum
- Other Backward Classes with annual Income upto 1 Lakh Per Annum
- General Category with annual Income up to 68,000 Per Annum
Pre-Requisites for RTE Gujarat Admission 2022
- Child’s Birth Certificate
- BPL Card for income proof ( for applicants who are below poverty line)
- Caste Certificate in case applicant is SC/ST/OBC category
- Income Certificate (for all except BPL)
- Residence Proof
- Ration Card in the name of parents. Also the document must have the child’s name on it
- Aadhar Card
- Voter ID Card
- Electricity Bill or Tax Receipt of the house
- Any other document issued by the government which has the parent’s name and the address.
RTE Gujarat Admission 2022 Application form
The RTE Admission 2022 Gujarat Application Form will be invited by the Directorate of Primary Education for the admissions into primary classes. The application form for Gujarat RTE Application Form can be filled online on the official website, rte.orpgujarat.com.
RTE Gujarat Admission 2022 Selection Process
After the application form will be submitted to the Directorate of Primary Education. It will be done through an online lottery system. The result list will be displayed on the website. You will require your login credentials to know the result. Use your Username and password.

|Certificate of guardian’s income||Proof of income Certificate of Mamlatdar or Taluka Development Officer will be valid. At the village level, the example of income given by Talati of e-Gram Panchayat will be considered valid and Only after 01/04/2018 will be considered valid.|
|BPL||Parents belonging to BPL category from 0 to 20 marks have to submit the example of Taluka Development Officer or Director, District Rural Development Agency for rural area whereas in case of Municipal Corporation for Municipal area, example of Deputy Municipal Commissioner or competent officer authorized by Municipal Corporation, Municipal Office of Municipal Area. Sample and Sample of Chief Executive Officer or Administrative Officer in the notified area. Beneficiaries included in the BPL list in urban areas which do not have a list of BPL category beneficiaries with a score of 0 to 50 (score) will have to submit a certificate with the BPL list number of the competent authority. BPL ration card will not be considered as BPL base.|

|Children studying in government anganwadi||Students who have studied in Government Anganwadi for at least 2 years and whose names are registered on ICDS-CAS web portal who have studied in that Anganwadi will have to submit the certified example of the concerned Anganwadi worker or competent authority appointed by the Government from time to time.|
