CBSE Class 12 Urdu Core Syllabus 2027 – Literature (Nai Awaaz Prose & Poetry)
Literature carries 35 marks in total – 20 marks from Prose and 15 marks from Poetry, both from the prescribed textbook Nai Awaaz (Urdu Core, Class XII, NCERT).
The Nai Awaaz textbook for Class XII has five chapters/topics deleted from the current syllabus: Japan, Baare bol ka sir niche, Ek gadhe ki sir guzasht, Rubaiyan, and Phool mala. Questions will not be asked from these deleted portions.
